Have you ever had a "bad thought or feeling" come to you, and cause discomfort?

"Bad thought or feeling" is a very broad phrase, and can refer to a wide variety of complexes, such as insecure fears and feelings, jealousy, or even greed.

Thoughts and feelings come and go as waves. They come. They go.

To experience greater peace from "bad thoughts and feelings," one should not take ownership of the "bad thoughts and feelings." Just because they come, doesn't make them yours. They can go, just as fast as they come. If you take ownership, then they stay.

The discomfort only comes when you believe that you are the owner of such thoughts. Thus, to experience freedom from "bad thoughts and feelings," just let them pass through, concentrate on your work, and do not be judgmental of yourself--after all, they are not yours.
